Musical Buxton by Vivian Robbins is an atttempt to document the history of the musical groups and individuals whose endeavours have enhanced the lives of the people of Buxton and recreational projects in the community. This book was prepared in conjunction with a Labour Day Celebration. This documentation helps highlight this very important aspect of the history of Buxton and serves to make people aware of the great musical heritage and tradition found in this historic community.
